Playbook OS is a lifetime digital membership. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.

All sales are final.

Because access to the platform begins the moment your purchase is complete, we do not offer refunds after 48 hours from the time of purchase.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform, contact us at info@legalstackstudio.com within 48 hours and we will make it right.

EU and UK members: By completing your purchase you confirmed that you requested immediate access to a digital product and waived your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law. If you have questions about this, contact us directly.

Brazilian members: The right of regret under Brazilian consumer law does not apply where digital content has already been provided and integrated. Access to Playbook OS is granted immediately upon purchase.

To request a refund within the 48-hour window, email info@legalstackstudio.com with your name, purchase email, and date of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
